unregistered vehicle

I got a courtesy car from the Edenvale branch. I got pulled over by the JMPD and was issued a ticket of R1200.00 plus some 12 demerit points on my liecence.This happened about two years ago.Begining of March in 2016 I went to renew my license and I was refused a New licence because of this specific ticket. I have since paid that ticket and approached Auto Pedigree for some form of compensation or common ground since I do admit they were notified late, but fact of the matter is I wouldn't have got the ticket had they given me a roadworthy car in the first place. I notified the branch manager about two weeks ago,ive been there twice and had to call him again to make a follow up but still to this day I haven't got any correspondence about this. So I assume this is how you get treated after buying a car from this company.
