******** selling of a car

Annah Mgwenya. I. bought a car in February this year. In July 23rd i was stopped at the road block by traffic police. While checking the car they find that the vin number of the car and the vin number on the disc does not correspond. So i called their head office to lodge a complaint and they took the car back and they borrowed me a car. On 19th August i called mfc to tell them i wanna return the car. They told me i must first talk to the dealer. Same day i spoke to the sales rep,i told him on whatsapp that i want to return the car he said he doesn't have information but he will ask. The following morning i the manager of the car dealer called me telling me that i must go make an affidavit so they can take the care for motor test,i told her i wanted to return the car i don't want it anymore she said its not possible. Please help or advice. The car is an etios sprint 2017,was on 71000 km. And its worth 170 000 without interest. Please kindly assist me. Are they even allowed to sell a car that doesn't correspond on the dics vin and car vin
