Unhappy customer

I bought a a car from Auto pedigree Florida Glen in November 2019. The car was on 54000+ km. I took the car for a 60000km service on the 12/03/2020, to my surprise the car does not have a service plan. As I was frustrated, I went back to the dealer where I bought the car and, I was told not to confuse warranty plan with service plan.The manager (Zack Modipa)and the sales rep (David Khoza)where not helpful. I asked about the service plan during the sales days of the car,and was assured that the car does have a service plan. To my surprise only today I'm informed by Zack that VW cars do not come with a service plan, this is news to my ears as this is not my first car, when I told him that, he then changed his statement and said Auto pedigree cars don't come with service plan but warranty.
