THE WORST CAR DEALER EVER!!!!

I have made the trade in for my 2013 ford Figo ambient at AUTOPADEGREE Strydom park Randburg on the 20th November 2018 and purchased a Vivo Tip. Trevor promised to settle my Ford Figo within 24 but he never did that and the bank debited their money for that Ford Figo which at that time wasn’t in my possession and I was assured would be settled by the dealership. I sent Trevor an email and he assures me that he will pay back R2, 222.31 within 24hours. They have breached the contract we had with them. We never received the funds and it has been more than a month now. It took them 30 days to give us a disc and spare key and that I got because I kept on calling and visiting them at their branch. They don't even bother to update me as to what is happening or when I will receive my funds back, I have to continuously call them in order to get feedback which is inaccurate or I have to always visit their branch to get any information. I am still waiting for the car's registration 'number plate up until today. I was told the first installment will be at the end of January 2019 which was not true because they have started debiting from the 23rd of December 2018. I had the worst Christmas ever because of AUTO PEDIGREE, I used to respect this car dealership a lot I never thought they would be so cruel and dishonest not forgetting that they don’t care about their clients. They are such sweet talkers when they want a sale. After that, they turn their back on clients. I will never buy a car from them ever and will never recommend anyone to buy from auto pedigree their service is terrible, the worst ever. I am very disappointed with your service.
