Terrible service and dishonesty

Poor Service: MV licence registration by George branch is delayed and inconveniencing. I had to pay for a motor vehicle licence that was supposed to be paid by them because of "unavailability of petty class". Moreover, because of the late licence payment, I did not receive the licence disc; the vehicle needs to be taken for a roadworthy test.

Dishonesty: I was promised a referral commission which I have not received to date.
