Terrible clientele

The salesman is Wayne from Brackenfell branch. They booked my car in Friday for some repairs. I was told the job will only take half of the day, and they will phone me when it is done. 3pm, no one had still phoned me. I asked a colleague for a lift back home. When I went there they told me that a car will be kept for another day, meaning I will get it Saturday. I made them understand that i need to have my car by Monday. Today (Saturday) I made the call 12:45 after realising that they close 1pm. No one phoned me to let me know the car is ready. No one could help me check if all the job on the car was done, and half of the job is not done. Wayne will promise to call you back, and he never does. This has happened a couple of times. After the sale goes through, I feel they don't worry about a client. It's like you are not their problem anymore. I will contact the Manager Monday and hope I will never have to deal with them anymore.
