staff members at the autopedigree in vanderbjilpark are full of empty promises.

to keep it short, Gabriel from the Autopedigree in vanderbjil park confirmed to me that the ford ranger i recently purchased from them had one last service from its previous manufacturer's plan. the car came to me at about 69000km on the clock and i was told that it's due for service on 75000km. i went to ford in bryanston on william nicol road on wednesday the 4th of October 2017 and was told that the previous owner of the vehicle cancelled the service plan when they sold the car to autopedigree. Gabriel is now denying that he told me that the car was due for one last service on 75000km.

the above information given to me by Gabriel caused huge incovenience as i only requested for an extended service plan with liquid capital this week. this now means that my car will not be going for service as i do not have the budget to accommodate the car for service now. liquid capital will only cover for the next service going forward.

i trusted Autopedigree as reputable as it is to treat me with care and dignity when it comes to contractual matters like these. i have several other emails regarding other complaints that i have against them as they have not been treating me like a customer from the beginning.

when i took this matter to them they are now asking me why i signed their contracts and i think it is not fair for them to ask me such a question as my main interest and excitement was in getting the car.

We will be forwarding your complaint to Mr. Nash Mothiram. He is the Regional Manager for the region under which the Vanderbijlpark branch falls and we will request him to get involved and to supply feedback on the complaint.

We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you regarding the service plan on the Ford. We have confirmed that you have opted to trade in you Ford for a Kia Rio and that you confirmed that you are satisfied with the Kia.

Again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

this is not a resolution because I opted to trade this car in. its not like it was an offer made by you. you were quiet all this time and never updated me. I do not have intentions to ruin the company's name but I cannot protect you while you treat me like I do not matter, I do not like how you make me feel like you are doing me a favour for getting me to pay you. a car is just a thing, the kind of service that you give to your clients should be a major in your lives. cell what you have and never over promise. it is important to give exactly what you are selling. Mashudu Singo is a humble man and seems to have a lot of self control. I like His leadership style. I think His challenge Might be that He is under a bit of pressure trying to please his clients and that might be causing him to upset some by not meeting deadlines. Promises should be made after checking the timeframe of the other promises. I am just a consultant but I do think that managing your client's expectations can take you far.
