Spotters fee

I signed up an agreement with Autopedigree, they said if I bring them clients they will pay me for that.

It happend that in july this year I had brought a client who bought a renault Captur car and the sales person was Terrence, and he assures me that the payment will be made within a week after the clients application is successful and car taken,ofwich that had happened first week of August this year 2019,

I kept on making follow ups for them to pay and spoke to Nash the regional and he promised since then I haven't received anything, then I spoke to Zach(branch manager) he also promised, nothing happened up to today, I have been send them emails but still not getting any response.

Please escalate the matter to be resolved.
