Spotter Department

The lies I've experienced from the spotter department are just too much, Referred a friend whose deal passed a month ago and was supposed to receive a referral commission which when I call the Spotter department (Lebo) I get **** to and never given a turnaround time, she promises to call back and never does. She then **** and said it's processed only to send me to the finance department and I was informed it hadn't this amongst other things leaves a bitter taste in one's mouth.
