SHOCKING SERVICE N1 CITY AUTO PEDIGREE!

My husband and myself went to Auto Pedigree N1 City Cape Town and purchased a car. Great salesman at that time. We pointed out a few things we were not happy with which he promised to have sorted out at their recon center in Brackenfell. The car went in for the promised repairs. It was arranged with the branch manager of N1 Auto Pedigree to meet at a certain time in the morning due to the fact that my husband works in Somerset West, but the manager was about an hour late, which then made my husband late for work. He is full of excuses and talks back with a stinking attitude, when they are clearly in wrong. A week later they only told us we will get our car back the following Friday after numerous attempts to get an ETA out of them. The following Wednesday the car came back. We were very disappointed with the quality of the workmanship done. Just one example is that the chips on the bumper were not gradually sprayed/ faded in, they literally touched it up with a pen. To add to our disappointment not even half of the other repairs were done as promised and listed by the salesperson themselves. You can call the recon center till you are blue in the face - no call back and poor service. This whole process has been so frustrating. This all happening whilst the first installment has already been deducted and we literally drove the car 3 times in the month of May since officially purchasing it the 10th of May. All i am saying is don not purchase a car at N1 Auto Pedigree, their after service is not at all up to scratch. And needless to say, we are STILL waiting for the car.
