Service history

I purchased a vehicle from Auto Pedigree last year March and was told my vehicle was services on 28000km's just before I received the vehicle. I wanted to send my car in for it's yearly service and was advised that they cannot find any service history on the vehicle. I have spoken to a few people at the Auto Pedigree HO and got hold of Nicky whom sent me the service history for 2017. I have now spoken to the regional manager Dirk and was told he will look into the 2018 service but promise to get back to me in a few minutes but never does. I have to keep on following up because no one gets back to me. All I want to know is if the car was serviced before I purchased it as stated by the salesman and adverti*****t. I just want to send me car for a service and might now miss the deadline because I have to wait for people who does not get back to me.
