Selling a car with bad condition

Good day I bought my car ford fiesta ecoboost 1.0 at Auto pedigree Centurion on the 19/12/2017 on 11/01/2018 I took it back as the breaks were making noise and the staring was shaking,they took it to auto pedigree at Spartan for repairs and it came back with the report that they skimmed the disk and replaced the break pads,in April I informed the sales person who was helping me when I brought the car that the breaks are making noise I dont believe that the break pads were replaced,but he assured me that they were replaced and say its because it was raining. Now im experiencing a problem because the breaks are making noise and the staring is shaking when I break,I took the car to Ford and they said the disk need to be skimmed and the breakpads to bee changed which is the job that autopedigree said they did in January,I hardly have a year with this car but im not happy at all and Im not getting any assistance from them.
