Refund for vehicle license and registration

Last year November I bought a car at Autopedigree mtata branch with the help of Mthoko, everything went smooth and they delivered my Kia Rio 2021 model. My issue now is the refund, they were supposed to pay for license and change the car registration for myself but they never did.

I ended up doing all of that by myself, I then submitted the proof of payment the dealer sent me a form for refund I filled it and sent it back to then in December 2023. Till to date I haven't received my money, they keep on telling stories that the manager will do the follow-up but never returns to me
