Really ****py service

I must say I am not all impressed with the service I got from Auto Pedigree. Terrance from Auto Pedigree Florida Glen phoned me - out of the blue as I did not request anyone to contact me. He asked me if I would be interested in trading in my car and getting a newer car. I told him that I wasn't sure it would be possible to do that and keep my premiums low but he insisted that it could be done and said he would even come to my work and get everything from me here and inspect my car. Which he did. He was here 10 min after the call. He filled in the documents, took my payslips and bank statement and inspected my car. He told me I would receive an answer from him soon. That was Thursday the 14th of March. The next time he contacted me was to inform me that I got approval from the banks and that he would keep me updated. To date I have not heard anything. I keep on having to phone him then he tells me he is not at the office he will get back to me when he gets there and after that he just doesn't pick up the phone when I call and he hasn't given me any feedback after that or any paperwork. Nothing. I can understand if maybe he could not deliver on his promise but then at lease tell me - sorry but you were right I cannot help you - or maybe send me the quotes for what I would pay after my trade in so I could at lease have a look at it but to not send anything or say anything and then to just ignore me? Is that how its done by Auto Pedigree?
