purchasing car
Gooday<br> I did a trade-in in April 2015 I was driving a puegeot 207 pop art and I took a polo vivo 1.4.my salesman Tsepang asked me how much I was willing to pay and told him not more than R3000.00 and he promised to help me, he told me he got my car and I was going to pay R2 800 which was more than the one that I was paying but I accepted, later I received a call form Nash advising me of everything that was going to be added on my account and told me the installment will be R3000.00 I accepted however telling him the salesman told me I was going to pay R2 800 but he explained that it was before he added extras, to my surprise when I received my contract wesbank said I was going to pay R3 683.00 I called Tsepang he told me to sign and that they made a mistake it was going to be changed and that my installment was going to change but it did not. when they delivered the car at Margate branch I was told to pay R10 000 deposit which I was not aware of I called the branch manager which refused to listen to my problem I ended up requesting people to help me with that deposit. when I went to service my car I was told to pay cash but Tsepang told me I had a service plan. VERY BAD SERVICE.
