Promises to get back, 21 days later, nothing

Good Day,

I was to get referral commission for 2 vehicles purchased from Paarden Islands dealership. Salesman, Marius was too happy to make sale, having my dad leave hospital to sign papers. for a purchase of a R200 000.00 + vehicle.

Now that referral commission is to be paid out, one doesn't hear from dealership at all. After 3 weeks of calling and e-mailing, I then request to speak to manager, Johan, who is at first helpful, then hears issues and abruptly says I should forward chain of e-mails. He provides his e-mail, which bounces, when calling back he gives it so fast, that its again incorrect.

Salesman is CC'd in e-mails, and 2 days later after another call from my husband to Maruius and 4 e-mails requesting a response and advising I will be going to Hellopeter, still no response.

Service at this branch utterly pathetic.

Sale gone through, commission to salesman, dealership got business, now to blazers with the client.
