Promises to call back but to no avail

I bought my car at the Gezina branch in January 2014. I got told they are waiting for the spare keys from Mafikeng and the will contact me as soon as they receive it. I waited for quite some time and I called asking if my spare keys are available and i got asked my Surname and cellphone number and saying they will pull my file with promises to call me back and nothing. After waiting a while I called again and got the same story. I have called within a month 5 different times and even spoke to the branch manager directly and she said the exact same thing.<br> <br> I had a problem with my car locking and was stressed that my keys might get locked inside and I won't be able to get it.<br> <br> This is becoming a quite serious and urgent matter for me.<br> <br> Any communication as from here on out will be much appreciated and more than I have received from this branch.
