Poorly repaired vechile

About 6 months ago i bought I picanto from auto pedigree paarl branch. That time i was struggling so much to get the car registered they always had an excused. Finally after a long time that was sorted out with the very arrogant branch manager with the help of the regional manager. Then unfortunatly the worst happened again. On the 10 January 2018 I filled up the car with petrol. I went to work. I was at work and when i returned to my car there was just petrol under my car that was leaking. I took the car to kia to check it out and they informed me nothing was wrong and it was because the car was in the sun so the tank of the car expanded and pushed the petrol out by the cap where it leaked onto the body work and bumper of the car. I tried to clean it bit nothing work. Is like a brown mark on the metallic blue of the car and the bumper paint came loose. I took the car to a panelbeater for help and he informed me the this specific car the kia picanto which I bought at auto pedigree paarl branch was almost totally sprayed over. Apart from the spray paint that was done not to bad all the panels that was sprayed the spray paint they used there was some thing wrong. The panelbeater informed me that the petrol that leaked onto body panel made a permanent mark because the spray paint was to soft and the petrol soaked through the clear coat and the paint onto the body work of the car. So the conclusion I can make now is that the car was either in a accident, they repaired it probably cheaply by their so called recon centre or it was sprayed for a reason not known to me. Never did auto pedigree paarl branch informed me of that the car was resprayed. Now the car is damaged permanently due to poor repair work. I am still awaiting response from the branch manager Peter Lewis but doubt it that he will come back to me because in the past I had the very same problem with him. He don't give feedback, always full of excuses and always have a story to tell. So ya people think twice before u buy at auto pedigree. Their cars look from the outside and inside good but u don't know how it was prepared to look good for u as a buyer. For me it looks like they repair the car as cheap as possible so that it can just be sold
