Poor service from branch manager

I bought a car with auto pedigree polokwane north with a fault headlamp we agree that they will replace the headlamp.

Is now 7months and they didn't change it I tried to speak to auto pedigree branch manager unfortunately she is not taking this matter serious and she told me that she can't buy a new light for the car while she promised to replace the light during the buying process.

Now the headlamp is completely dead and they are not giving me a concrete solution about the replacement of the light.
