Poor service from Auto Pedigree Paarden Island

I had purchased a vehicle from them and took possession of this vehicle on the 10 Dec 2020, It is the 1st Feb 2021, and I am still waiting on my vehicle to be licensed and registered, spare key issued to me as well as the vehicle service history book.

Despite sending follow up emails, I have received no response whatsoever from them.

I have paid for my vehicle to be registered and licensed as that is part of the onroad costs in my contract! So what is the delay in this?
