I bought a Nissan Magnite with autopedigree in June 2024 at a+-35000 kilos for which the car was supposed to be taken for the next service at 40000 kilos. Upon enquiry on the next service mileage the sales person Mr Mashudu Singo advised it were to be 45000 kilos only to find later after a minor enquiry with the Nissanservice centre that the car was supposed to have booked at 40000 kilos and I was advised to pay R4400 in order for the minor check by Nissan service centre as to update the car service. I am now paying a service plan of R640 to have my car service book updated with another service provider and now waiting for 3 months payments thereafter my car should be booked for the next service. Upon enquiry with the dealership's sales person mentioned earlier on I was told that even if the purchase price for the car at that staggering price the dealership which auto pedigree was not obliged to have had serviced the car prior selling it to me even when it was just few mileage away the next service...is that fair especially even if the dealership was not obliged maybe just to keep me a happy as a client?
