poor service at auto pedigree (Umhlanga)

I had received an offer to purchase at car at the dealership in umhlanga, which I gladly took up in November, and I was made a promise that they where going to sort the issue of my license plate as well as my license disc..and for months down the line they have not kept to there promise.
