Poor service at Auto pedigree

I am very disappointed with the service I always get from Auto pedigree Louis trichardt branch (Brain -sales person) When I bought a car they gave me a bag of Auto shine product which I paid about R4000 for it and there is an instruction in side that say “ after 12 month I should take my car to any Auto pedigree dealership for it to be polished” I took my car yesterday to Pretoria North, they are taking me back an fourth they can’t help me. When I called brain he shout at me that I should have not went there without calling him and he told me he is busy he will call me at 16:00 even now he has not called back.
