Poor service and communication

Bought a car at Parow branch. Indicated to dealership that it has few faults and asked to return it and they must give me courtesy car they refused. Now I gave them the car and guess what day1 they drove it to another branch my fuel, didn't finish at day1, had to wait 1 hour full after knock off at work to be picked then got to Brackenfell branch where I waited another hour for unfinished car.

The car is shaking when you drive at high speed and vibrate if you brake. Pull to one side and pattles are hard with high petrol consumption
