Poor after sale service/ no customer service

Within 6 months of buying a Renault @ Auto pedigree N1 City my brother in-law is now carless as they are still fixing it and has a huge bill. Regardless of the fact it was sold to him with a defect that he reported within the 6 month period the repairs was done with his warrantee and not at auto pedigrees cost Neither the DP or Regional or Salesman wants to assist and points the blame for the cost as per warrantee pay out limits

I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Any Auto pedigree Branch as this is what will happen to you

Atleast he can feel safe for a few days as he is using my car bought VW
