Pathetic service

To whom it may concern I Chanell Dayce was introduced by Mr Dayce , to Auto pedigree Parow, as i was interested in buying a motor-vehicle . I am of the opinion that the transaction was done **********ly and dishonest and *********** ( deposit taken off and added back) I DID NO PAY ANY DEPOSIT.

I have not been treated fairly as i was not introduced to my rights as a customer, I was misinformed and misled purposefully. The motor-vehicle in question had DEFECTS not declared to me and i was kept in the dark until the cooling off period expired. I still do not have the motor vehicle (21 January 2019) .No finance person explained to me what I needed in requirements to qualify for the purchase loan or where I could get finance from. A copy of the contract was not forthcoming (contract was signed at my house, Monday 07 January 2019, I was coerced to sign) and i was told that i could not get a copy as its not allowed. The salesman/manager would not take my calls or send emails as promised by the salesman Dylan Herm**** ( messaged on 08th January 2019 as reminder.)

Many extra (smash and grab,paint protection and a warranty) was loaded onto the car , without my consent , still the vehicle was not ready for delivery 16th January 2019 as they were waiting on parts which they could not declare to me . On Thursday 17th January 2019 , we (my mother, Yolanda philander AND I) called the dealer - MONEED AMIEN at Auto pedigree Parow numerous times without him replying to our calls My mother went to see the manager, Moeneeeb Amien ( Friday 18th 2019 )and was told: I do not give documents to clients regarding parts outstanding; Offer to purchase and an invoice of what the cost of the motor vehicle is ,including the ''extras .

I have not received the said motor vehicle and was told by the bank MFC my account will be debited on the 1st of February 2019.

I kindly would want this resolved as i no longer have the interests in buying this vehicle from Auto Pedigree Parow, as I belief that this is not above board.

I am of the opinion that this TRANSACTION WAS DONE **********LY, DISHONEST AND ***********.

I WENT TO THE POLICE STATION - BRACKENFELL AS I WANTED TO SUBMIT AN AFFIDAVIT- WHEN I WAS SHOCKED AT WHAT I HEARD A TRUE STORY - AS HE COULD GIVE US THE MANAGERS NAME SOME TIME AGO THE VERY SAME BRANCH MANAGER - AUTO PEDIGREE - PAROW PULLED HIM A FAST ONE AS WELL . I FEEL THAT HE USES THE SAME MODI- OPERANDI , HIS A CON-ARTIST . Yours truly chanell Dayce
