OMI

I went to the dealer autopedigree Middleburg looking for SUV diesel the sales person who was helping he said he has one, he gave me kia Sportage gdi ignite and he said is a diesel to find out at petrol station that is a petrol I called the sales guys explaining to him he said come on Monday to sort out the problem till to day they didn't help me my case is now with Ombudsman Motor Industry but is now three months not getting any help when I call OMI they say my case is still on the line for the ruling but my frustration is, the license disc is expiring this month end the dealer can't help because the case is with ombudsman am really stuck now not knowing where to go what to do anymore please anyone help.
