No service , no solution ...

To all the people who are planning to buy car's

I have soon to notice that Auto Pedigree does not live by its motto which is "YOU DESERVE A GREAT DEAL " what i got was a bad deal . I bought my first car in 2017 at Auto pedigree Menlyn assisted by Thapelo.M , who later resigned . My biggest mistake was that during the excitement of buying a car , i did not ask about the extra things which were added on my contract ... well i later found out that the is AUTO AN SHINE which will assist with scratches on the vehicle etc ... Now that my vehicle has scratches the is no one who is willing to assist , i haved moved from one sales person to another .. The last call made to auto-pedigree Menlyn , i was told that the is no electricity unfortunately the are unable to assist me .

The sales representatives lost the ethical spirit of serving good service , i think management should step in and motivate the team or very soon it might lose out ..
