No service done for 45 000kms

We bought a Renault Stepway from Auto Pedigree in Qwaqwa (Phuthaditjhaba- Freestate) in December 2019, when we got the car we were under the impression that the car had just gone for it's 45 000km service, a lot was not diclosed to us like the fact that the car was involved in an accident, fast forward 2022, we take it for service and Renault found that there is an issue with the engine for them to fix it at renault it will cost +-13k, but the issue is that warranty will not pay because Auto Pedigree did not send the car for service when it reached 45 000kms. We called them and they said the service was done and they will send us proof. Now they are playing hide and seek with us and we cannot get hold of them. Even their complaints department's phones go unanswered. I am so disappointed with the service we are receiving from Auto Pedigree after we thought that they are a legit company,
