No Manufacture Warranty On Vehicle

I have purchased vehicle from Auto Pedigree Bellville. I received vehicle on the 30 May 2019 same day i found faults on the vehicle (spotlights not working,door panels not fitted correctly) on the 3 June car was collected for repairs. Few days later lights not working again & stabilizer of car needed to be replace. This worries me how did this car pass Roadworthy at Dekra in Brackenfell. I then had issues with starting of car and then decide too take vehicle too the nearest Hyundai Branch for them to do the necessary checks. I was told that the starter seems to be giving in, but the Hyundai warranty has been forfeited due to car being serviced at a Non approved service center. I was shocked cause i signed the deal being told the Vehicle has manufacture warranty- Only to find out the vehicle that i bought Has no warranty (2017 model). Auto Pedigree told me via telephonic communication they will re-do the 45 000km service and Hyundai will then re-instate the warranty on vehicle. But according Hyundai SA this is not allowed. I want this deal cancelled the very first time i had a problem with vehicle. Auto Pedigree don't get back to me unless i follow up. First time buyer WORSE experience ever.
