No Honesty No Help

Good day

I have a delima of wich i do not want to involve my lawyers until i have tried to resolve it internally directly with Auto Pedigree.

Last month as i was shopping around for a car i was referred to Thabo Seabi by one of your previous clients, as i was about to close a deal with another dealership he made me an offer i couldn't refuse. He offered me a hyundai i20 for R2700 a month including insurance as can be seen on the screenshot attached.

We arranged everything and he brought the car to my workplace.

My problems started right after he dropped it off
1. Before he drove off, after i had just signed the contract he tells me there is a problem with the central locking. I changed the batteries in the remote but the central locking is still not working. So basically i got sold a car with central locking that does not wor****
2. When i got home that evening i sat down to read the contract carefully i realised something, there is a balloon payment there!!! The reason i almost went with the other car was that it didn't have a balloon payment. I called him to ask him how he explained the contract to me but failed to point out the balloon payment before i signed, he apologised and explained how i can trade in the car before i have to pay the balloon payment. I decided i love the car i will let it go.
3. I asked him a million times if really the payment included insurance, he assured me it did. Come first month of payment its two different deductions, they not consolidated like he assured me. I called him about it he said he will solve it i should get my money back from insurance.
4. It has been a month since I've had this car, i still have not received the car registration papers or spare keys. The license disc expires end of this June month, will i now have to drive around collecting tickets with an expired licence disk? I am driving and paying for a car i am not even sure is my name, i don't have the papers. I am disappointed Auto Pedigree.

I have been trying to get a hold of him he is not answering my calls.

As a first time buyer i am very distressed, disappointed with Auto Pedigree over all of this. Am i now stuck with a car that can't even lock properly that i can't afford?

Is this how Auto Pedigree tricks first time buyers into debt they can't afford?

At this stage i can just give back your car and make sure no one i know does business with Auto Pedigree.

Mr Thabo Seabi of the Mokopane branch has really disappointed your Auto Pedigree brand as i used to think highly of it.

No Help from regional manager Dirk Cronje.
