No documents for car bought more than 3 months ago

i bought a car in may at auto pedigree bloemfomtein branch zastron street, the first time when you go and say you need a car, you get so much attention, after you buy a car there and now need assistance with change in number plates, you have to do the following up constantly because no one is bothering anymore checking up on you, i bought my car more than 3 months ago and to date i do not have any documents related to the car, my number plate has not been changed, my disk has not been renewed. Whenever i follow up i get the same response will update you still in process. Iam never buying another car here, i really regret my decision.
