New car engine brned
New bought car not 1year old car within engine burned but now they wants us to pay for repairs although the car have extended warranty. So they wants us to pay the reparations.Blalming it on the dealers which service the car. Very very unhappy .please help us. ***. ***

We hereby wish to confirm that a claim was submitted under the extended warranty which you have on your vehicle and that repairs will be covered under the warranty schedule. We further wish to confirm that the vehicle should be ready by tomorrow - Tuesday 10 February 2014. Our branch manager of the Brackenfell branch will be in contact with you to advise once your vehicle is ready.
