Lack of service

The lack of customer service is alarming at Auto pedigree (strand). Took the vehicle to Auto pedigree on the 31st January 2019 to be booked in for a proper valet the exact words of the branch manager. I received the car back 6th of February in a mess the roof was cleaned with a brush which damage the interior of the roof and that was it for the "proper valet" nothing else was done "are you joking" The branch manager didn't even take the time to chat nor to inspect the condition of the car. There is sticky stain marks in the back panel of the roof and back passenger side left and right please Auto pedigree this is not the type of service any business should render to any of the clients
