Is Autopedegree deal assist *****?

In November 2017 I bought two cars from auto pedigree springs, a Chevrolet Sonic and a Nissan Micra. I was promised a deal assist of R30 000 which was going to be used as a deposit for one of the cars which were the Nissan Micra. I looked at the financial documents from the bank, MFC and the by the looks of things, that R30 000 was not used as part of the deposit and there was R28 332.45 that was added as extras on the car and when I asked about it they said it was for the shortfall. I remember signing that the deposit has been paid but I did not understand why it does not appear on the MFC contract agreement. I then enquired from them as to what happened and I was told that the deal assist I was given was actually R50 000 to settle the Kia Rio. and now, it does not make sense to me why they added the R28 332 to my loan account because it was said that that money was to cover the balance of the shortfall. The total value of the Kia I was owing was R180 000 and the loan amount I received from auto pedigree springs was R178 391, which is almost the same amount except I was given a car that of less value at almost the same car that had more value. I'd like to know what the R28 332.45 was for if I had a deal assistance of R50 000 to settle the shortfall o the Kia. The springs branch manager was not helpful when I asked about my account. He wrote to me that, that's how it's done and I must come to the branch, even when I explicitly told him I do not live around springs anymore, therefore, I will not be able to come but he can, however, give me the information that I am asking for via email but he just couldn't give me any explanation of what happened with my account.
