I contacted the AP branch East Rand , they offered me Hyundai Tucson and a trade in for my current vehicle , I also mentioned I have a R20k deposit.Nelly the lady contacted me yesterday evening (14/08/2018) and said all is positive and instalments will be R4900.00/month , based on this I sent through all fica documents and pictures of my trade in vehicle. Today 15/08/2018 @ 12h30pm I get a call saying I must do the deposit immediately to settle the vehicle and they will re-structure the deal ? When I queried this is was told sorry the instalments are R6300.00 as they gave me the wrong price on the Tucson , so they actually wanted me to pay in the 20K to make up for their mistake and still charge me the higher instalment. I am sorry this is totally unacceptable from a dealer and *********** staff. People out their don't deal with Auto Pedigree they don't have the clients interest at heart.
