IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY A CAR FROM AUTO PEDIGREE N1 CITY, MAKE SURE IT GOES FOR ROADWORTHY FIRST!!

So I bought a 2019 Toyota Fortuner from Auto Pedigree N1 City (25th of Feb 2021 to be precise). I then told them I need my previous car's registration plate (now I am connecting the dots). It took them almost the entire month (March 2021) to get my old registration plates registered to the Fortuner, which was kind of weird because the previous dealer took less than a day to get that sorted on my previous car (yes the processes might deffer per dealer but the entire month is too much).

Obviously, this is a 2019 model there will be few scratches here and there of which I am fine with that. The car had few rust spots on the roof and Auto Pedigree did get that sorted out for me and I did report to them that the hand brake does not seem to be fine and I was promised that they will take a look at it. When the car came back I was advised that there was in fact an issue with the hand break and the car was booked at Toyota Cape Gate for it to be fixed. To this date (12/05/2021) the hand break issue has not been fixed, I have been to Toyota Cape Gate four or five times now and the car is still failing roadworthy for the same thing.

Now my question is, why did Auto Pedigree drag the process of registering my old registration plate because to me it seems as if they did not want to process this, meaning they knew the car has a hand brake issue and registering the car under the old registration plate will result to roadworthy and if that happens the car will fail and it will be on them!

If this is not fixed by Toyota Cape Gate this time then Auto Pedigree must take their car and give me a car that is not faulty, I am paying a lot of money on this for this to happen!
