Horrific posibility of loss of life.

My wife purchased a 2011 Ford Figo in July 2012 from the Silverton Auto Pedigree branch. On 24 June 2015, my wife noticed that her left rear tyre was severely worn. I proceeded to change the left rear tyre with the spare tyre, which we received as is from the Silverton Auto Pedigree branch upon purchasing the car. The following day, 25 June 2015, as my wife returned from work on the N4 highway, a person followed her and stopped next to her, only to inform her hat her left rear tyre is wobbly and loose. Luckily, she was close to a BP garage on Simon Vermooten, Equestria. One of the BP staff members aided her in changing the tyre, after which he made the remark that the fitted spare tyre is in actual fact a Ford Bantam Bakkie's tyre. The nuts, which were securely fastened when I replaced the tyre, were loose due to difference in size between the tyres. I am outraged to say the least. This could have led to a serious accident, and in the loss of my wife's life and possibly others! I don't know who will be at fault here, either Ford or Auto Pedigree. None the less, someone must surely be responsible for this and also take ownership.I woud like to expect a follow up on this matter
