Horrible after sale service

I bought a vehicle at Auto Pedigree(Arcadia Branch) in Nov 2019. I was assisted by Zondi and his manager Phindile, when I collected the vehicle I wasn’t given the spare keys. They told me I will get them within a week. I kept calling, sending messages and emails without any response from them till today I haven’t received my spare keys. I’m very disappointed with the service they gave and I’ll never recommend them to anyone, once they get money they don’t care about the customer
