Handed over to lawyers for tracking device.

I bought a Kia Rio at Auto Pedigree in Vanderbijlpark, under the assistance of Daniel Mokoena on 05 December 2014. When I got the car, it had a very funny and irritating noise. I found out later in 2015 that the device making the noise was a tracking device that was installed by Auto Pedigree, which I was not aware of and did not authorise it. Now I got a call from some lawyers that i have been handed over by that company for the tracking device that I did not pay. When I realised that there was a tracking device I did not authorise, I spoke to Auto Pedigree and they promised that they will cancel it. I did tell them that I have installed my own tracking device and does not need theirs, since they neglected to tell me that I will not need another tracking device as they have already installed theirs. I am still awaiting my contract which they said this tracking device was indicated in the contract. I would like for Auto Pedigree to clear my name as I do not owe this tracking device.
