Furious and disappointed customer

On the 28th of February 2019 I app**** to buy a car (Hundai H1) from the guy named Tshepo at Auto Pedigree in Randburg. I was required to pay a deposit of R15 000 which I on the 1st of March 2019 and I was promised to get the car the very same day but I didn’t. They arranged everything for me including the insurance from Auto & General and the insurance deducted their money ( R1763.22) as well on the 1st of March. However I’ve been waiting for the car ever since. I then called them ( Auto Pedigree) on the 11th to cancel the deal as I haven’t received the car and they were giving me the run around.

Now they haven’t refunded me my deposit and the insurance is refusing to refund me, they’re asking me for a cancellation letter of which I don’t understand why as the insurance was arranged by Auto Pedigree. All I want is my deposit and the money Auto & General took from my account without having a car. This is day light *******!!!!
