AUTO PEDIGREE Vanderbijlpark

My name is Kitchner Malepe , I purchased a VW polo white polo sedan at 31000km from auto pedigree. I was assisted by a sales agent by the name of Pfarelo and which later his manager Happy Mbonani (AUTO PEDIGREE Vanderbijlpark) took over the sale and proceeded with me till the sale is completed.

In the sale over the call with Happy Mbonani I was promised a R10 000 cash back and I was told that auto pedigree will be covering the first car service at 45000km and there after I will be paying for my own car service.

The R10 000 cash back I did receive after numerous complaints, but the car service I am now being told by Happy Mbonani that auto pedigree is no longer paying for the first car service. If this is so, that auto pedigree will not be paying for the first car service, then it means I was sold a lie just for Auto pedigree to gain a SALE!!.

The car is now at 44000km it is almost due and I now told this!!,

I need a response soon as no response will be treated as I was sold a lie. IFthere is no response, the car will have to be returned and will have to stop the debit order.
