false information to customers

I bought a used car last year December and I was charged for delivery fee, Data dot, Smash and grab, Auto shine and those thing came with the car. I don't understand that delivery fee because I collected the car. When I buy the car nothing was explained to me about those things and it's my first time buying a car. I am not happy about their service because the manager (Gino) was so rude when I ask him about those extras. "HE SAID THEY ARE NOT LIKE OTHER STORES WHERE YOU BUY BREAD AND EAT SLICES THEN BRING IT BACK' .I think they are cheating people and selling false information to customers to reach their target.
