Failed Roadworthy but vehicle issued to owner

I recently bought a Car from Autopedigree and I wanted to obtain my vehicle license disc and spare key from them as the existing one had expired as well as the temporary permit pasted behind the car. I contacted the dealership and they advised that the spare key have arrived but awaiting the licence disk. I gave them ample time to obtain the liscence disc and when i followed up again i was told that the car has failed roadworthy. Note that the vehicle was already given to me and I am obviously driving and under the impression that all the necessary steps have been done before the car was given to me.<br> <br> I really do not know how this could happen as they were quick to sell the car and approve all the forms and finance just to find out that this has slipped through cracks. I am supposedly insured but God forbid something should happen to me whilst driving . The insurer will not pay out . I first hanged up when i was given the news as I was so angry and did not have the energy to fight over the phone.
