Exploited by Auto pedigree just because I am a woman

i was looking for a small that that was not heavy in petol and less in installment. during my search i ended up at Auto pedigree. the sales person took my numbers and the next day he told me to email my documents. i told him I got another car and they are giving me cash back of R20 000. he said he will beat their offer and give me R25 000.the day i was supposed to fetch my car the sales person called me and said he will give me R1000 extra and a full tank if i come the next day. when the cash back money reported in my bank account it was R20 000. i then called him and ask what happened . he was giving me different stories everyday until he said to me i must call his boss. i told him that i am not going to call his boss . if his boss wants to talk to me he must call me. his manager never called me. tafter 2days of driving the car the brakes were making noise when i stop the car. when i tell him about that he said he will come fetch the car and take it to the testing station. i said to him what will be different because you took the car to the tasting station the day I fetched it. till today both have not called or fixed my query. i hate the car. its making brakes noise,expensive and its a second hand car. the sales person took advantage of me because I'm a woman.
