Excellent Start dragged down by terribly slow end

<p>I traded in my old vehicle at the Florid Glen branch and the service I recieved was awesome thanks to Mashudu (salesman) and Shaz (FNI). They are swift, professional and represent the company well - true gems. The issue begins with the processes at the end. I was informed that the process of processing the cheque could take time - but the time it has taken is one I didnt expect. The head office is where the hold up has occured as a result of a signatory being unavailable. I had banked on the cheque to be in my hands week before last to no avail.</p>
