Empty promises

Real pathetic

So I bought my first car in July... it took 2 weeks for my car to get to me. They told me "your car's paint is being touched up as there are a few scratches on the bumper"... I never had an issue with that... but then after fighting with them to find out when my car is coming, it finally came... the car was never even touched up and it was not a few scratches, there were quite a lot of deep scratches. The car was not even cleaned and the fuel was sitting half way...

I was told I will be getting a spare key, however I still have not gotten one, I am still waiting on my new number plates and the license is expiring in 10 days time...

Every time I go to them or call them they tell me the same thing, "ugh you're still safe, we will sort it out for you"
