Empty promises and lies

I bought a Toyota corolla from autopedigree Arcadia branch in Pretoria mid Dec 2019. Maneger at the time was Phindile and the sales person is Ennocent. It was nice until i had to get what i was promised. My disc expired on the 29.02.2020 and 21 days will pass in 6 day. They have been making excuses and promises they don't deliver in. In Jan they took my car for reconditioning which i was told will be a week but they took 4 good weeks and it was still not complete when i came to collect. Break pads not changed, seats not washed, services book not stamped, no license disc and i lost my personal belongings including my license in the car. They just said i should have take my personal belongings out first. To date, only my breaks where fixed. They have a new manager now but still i am met with promises after promises but no results. They keep telling me head office that head office this. They give me deadlines they can't meet and they never call to update me. Yesterday when i called a guy who didn't disclose his name said to me that Ennocent will call me back in a moment he went to the kitchen , 2 hours later when i called back he told me Ennocent left to fetch papers at Thabatshwane and he will tell him to call me... No one called. In the next 6 days i will be stuck because my 21 days will be finished.

I know 3 people who will be buying cars soon. Will never recommend this people.

I urgently need help on how to proceed with this matter.
