Empty promises and bad service :

I bought a vehicle at Auto Pedigree in Brackenfell and the salesman were great. However after receiving my car, I had to wait more than two months for them to sort out my license disc and number plates. I had to drive around with an expired license disc and old number plates. After numerous phone calls and threats, I eventually received the number plates and disc after two months. They did not send my spare key with the car and it is seven months and still waiting. The salesman that sold me the car has left and I was told by his colleague that it will be sorted out, still waiting...... The other problem that I have is, that Auto Pedigree promise to pay a spotters commission if you refer a friend to buy a car through you, I referred a friend of mine more than two months ago and still waiting for my commission. This is totally unacceptable service and promises that they make. Today is 6th April 2021 and I spoke to Hilton Williams. He promised to get back to me today. Seven months down the line and would like you to contact me Asap with regards to this matter. Thank you
