Empty Promises

Before i took delivery of my vehicle they Mashudu and Desmond told me the vehicle got a factory warranty and services was up to date , also they will supply the manual and service books with proof of all services been done and the factory warranty is active. Now already 2 months later still no help from them in this matter. Every time i must call and ask what is happening and then more promises. The same thing with the spare key of the car empty promises. Poor after sale service , sorry no service from them.
